How can i put a checkbox (not a radio button) with CCK?

If i have only a choice i don't want to put a Yes o No (with radio buttons).

just check "multiple values" in data settings of the field...

after i installed the 6.8 version, i lost the "mutiple values" option. i re-install cck module but it didn't change? i cannot solve this problem for 15 days. anybody can help?... urgent...

just select 2 or more from the Number of values: drop down
