I get the following error when I go to the link to us settings page, then click on "images". Anybody know what the problem might be?

Indeed!

I put a fix in the -dev version. It will be available within 12h.

It is because of an error that you will have to resolve. Feel free to create another issue if you cannot resolve that error.
