TWCi Weather Module, Call to undefined function..

I'm trying to implement the TWCi Weather Module. When I enter a regional code I get an alert:

An error occurred.

and when I save the configuration, the following error shows:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in C:\wamp\www\Itech\sites\all\modules\twci_weather\includes\twci_weather.parser.cls.php  on line 51
