Module won't Enable (Greyed out)-- GD2 and Freetype?

Issue Summary

Can't enable the module... checkbox is greyed. Is that because I might not have GD2 and Freetype?

Any help/instructions on how to install GD2 and Freetype?

Figured it out.

Must disable all modules that depend on text image first, then enable textimage.
