I recently read about an advantage to upgrading to panels 3 that I wanted to exploit. Not being sure which version of panels I had on my site, I took a peek into the panels folder and found the README.txt file. It said at the top, "Welcome to Panels 2." So, I assumed I had Panels 2 installed. So I come to this site and download the latest release of Panels, 6.x-3.3. I unpacked it, pulled up the README.txt, and at the top it read, "Welcome to Panels 2." How do I know which version of Panels this is? I am confused.
