Add Esperanto language to l.d.o

FYI, I offered to become the maintainer of the Esperanto translation project. The current maintainer was already planning to pass the ownership of the project (see http://drupal.org/node/416054#comment-3001888), although the user to whom he was planning to transfer the ownership doesn't have a CVS account.

If I would be made maintainer of the Esperanto translation, I plan to make also oczykota admin of the translation group for Esperanto.

As new maintainer of the Esperanto translation, I would like to create the Esperanto translation group on l.d.o.
I have already three users to which I would give the permission to approve translations, if not to administer the translation group.

Ok, I've created the team at http://localize.drupal.org/languages/eo and made @kiamlaluno the initial owner / admin. He can add any number of other admins and manage group level permissions of people.

Please expect that there might be bumps in the service. You are among the beta-tester of this live instance. Thanks for helping out and please report issues as you find them! Your team members can now join and help import existing translations and work on more translations.

Anybody can sign up for being a member of the team and they will be able to submit suggestions right away. The initial admin can change permissions of people signing up, widening their capabilities. See http://localize.drupal.org/node/616 for explanation on how. It is highly suggested to grant both moderation permissions to those who you also designate admins.
