Hi, it would be great if you could add our Drupal-specific feed to the Planet:

Thanks!

avpadernoI think two posts are too few to add the feed in Drupal Planet. It is then required to use a specific tag for the posts added to the feed (Drupal Planet).
Which title would you like for the feed?

damien tournoud commentedJoeri is far from being a new comer in the community, and the work he is doing right now is just amazing.
+1 for addition to the Planet, as soon as the Drupal-Planet-specific tag is created.

jpoesen commented@kiamlaluno:
- fair enough, will work on more content asap, but already including us in the planet would help exposure for the drupal advocacy work we're doing in West Africa.
- 'drupalplanet' tag created. Feed url: http://bantalabs.com/taxonomy/term/17/0/feed
@damz: I <3 you too. Thx for the support.

avpadernoThe new feed doesn't return me articles. Are you sure you tagged them with the new tag?
If the feed would return at least the two posts as before, I would add the feed to Drupal planet (considering it has the support of Damien too).

jpoesen commentedDone.
thanks.

avpadernoI have added the feed (http://drupal.org/aggregator/sources/646).
jpoesen commentedAwesome. Thanks!

gregglesThe feed now includes seven French posts http://drupal.org/aggregator/sources/646 that were all released today.
I've moved it to Drupal talk for now.
@jpoesen, was this a mistake to send so many posts to the planet? Something you can fix hopefully? Also, I think the standard is to only include English posts, or at least English + Local language. Is that OK?
cweagansThere is a separate issue for this at #1198500: bantalabs.com feed is including a lot of non-english feed items. As a sidenote, when I went to the feed config page, it was back in planet somehow.
gregglesThat issue was created after I re-opened this one. The historic practice is to re-open the issue where a feed was added so that people who are subscribed to "my issues" or use the user-specific-tracker page will see that it has been updated.
avpadernoI am reporting here what reported in the other issue: The feed doesn't validate. One of the requirements for the feeds being added to Planet Drupal is that the feeds have a valid structure.
laura s commentedI am +1 on suspending the feed until issues of validation, post language and having a surge of several posts all at once are addressed.
jpoesen commentedMy apologies for this. We've set up a new language and a bunch of other updates and something obviously went wrong when we deployed.
We'll fix all these issues and request reactivation of our feed when all has been sorted out.
Thanks.
Joeri

codi commentedAny updates on the fixing of this?
codi commentedClosing for lack of activity/response. Get those french posts off and change this issue status to 'needs review'.

dddave commentedThe feed currently validates but isn't assigned to Planet or Talk and no blogging happened in over one year. Looking at the site itself I see not much action other than a constant stream of spam comments on existing articles.
Unless someone speaks up I'll remove the feed.
dddave commentedI've removed the feed.
