We need a consultant that knows “everything” about drupal. 8 month ago we started a drupal project with a supplier, who today have told us that he can’t get the sites up and running, because he have some personal problems. (The site has been promise to delivered over the last 6 month)
The site will among other things run multisites, domain access, language, simpleNews/mimemail, user profiles, forum, organic groups, ubercart etc.
We want the site to be 100% standard (other modules then core will be accepted, if they are used today by a lot of other drupal sites). By 100% standard we mean you are going to setup the system, and not code one single line.
The old supplier has done 60% of the job, and you will continue his work.
The process in this job will be:
a) You write short why we shall chose you and include 1 – 3 sites you have or have had the responsibility setting up (if they are running multisites, language and forum with login, then it will be perfect. (I guaranty you that we will not at this point take contact site owner)
b) We (customer) evaluate you and chose 2 suppliers that will be invited to a “sales meeting” (also your guaranty that we can work together) –and after the sales meeting we contact you reference customer
c) We are taking a start up meting together, and here we introduce you to the project, deeper then in the sales meeting.
d) You being informed by the old supplier, so we are half way to the goal.
e) After that you have a chance to collect you thoughts, and then we together make a project plan.
f) You develop a step in the project plan in the test environment
g) You are educate us as user / super user
h) We (customer) test and make an error and change request report or if we are lucky just go to step k
i) You correct error and change request report
j) We (customer) test and accept then we go to step k or we test and use step h
k) You migrate the test environment to the operational environment
- then we start with a new step I the projectplan and go from step f again
The system today is with 50 pages documentation, and your job will also be making documentation / user manuals.
I can not estimate the time in this project, but my guess is that you will use 10 – 20 hours pr. month the next couple of month
In our communication we will use skype or MSN, all file transferred exempt drupal files, must be in MS office 2003

Where are you?
You invite people to a sales meeting, but don't say if that is in-person or electronic. If it's in-person, saying where you are located would be nice..
(no - I'm not interested in bidding. The restriction of 'not code one single line' is, for me, too restrictive. I like doing strange things like writing hooks and modules etc... )

About not code one single line –you can get a system to fit an organisation, or you can get an organisation to fit a system.
