Confirmation mail

Issue Summary

Great module, the code is simple so easy customizable too.

Maybe it could somehow include a confirmation step, theres already one inside of Drupal, so that there is a prelimiary mail send to the "sender" to ask if he or she really intends to send the mail and if so, to please click the link, after the mail is really being sent.

That would radically decrease the number of president@whitehouse.gov submissions....

I dont think it would be too complicated, it just needs to trigger the sending after the confirmation step, dont know how flexible is the confirmation scheme already inside Drupal.
