I did both TinyMCE + IMCE and Image assist and i managed to get the image uploaded correctly but every time I paste the code in TinyMCE i get code like this with [] code and not Only local images are allowed. standard html code... i've been looking around and seems the problem is TinyMCE and i donno how to solve it.

This is an example of the code generated to TinyMCE and Image assist:

As you've probably already discovered by now: Uncheck the BBcode plugin under "Buttons and Plugins" for the profile you're using (navigate to: /admin/settings/wysiwyg/profile/ and select Edit next to the profile you are using, typically "Filtered HTML" or "Full HTML").
