There is a spelling mistake and I can't figure out where to fix it! String Overrides doesn't seem to be working either...When there aren't any comments, there is a message "It's quite in here!" - I think you mean "It's quiet in here!" right?

You'll want to make a change on line 24 of template.php

change
'no_comment_message' => 'It\'s quite in here! Why not leave a <a href="#respond">response</a>?',
to
'no_comment_message' => 'It\'s quiet in here! Why not leave a <a href="#respond">response</a>?',
