I think that it's a good idea. I want to use ThickBox project to implement this feature. Any other ideas/suggestions?

I didn't work yet neither with Lightbox2, nor thickbox.
But thickbox module is more light, so I want to ask you about features Lightbox2 has but thickbox not.

Lightbox2 is in my opinion more integrated with other modules, so people are more likely to have it already installed.
But as I suppose the integration is not mandatory, I suppose this isn't a real issue.

I like the look of Thickbox better than Lightbox2, but both are supported by the latest Ubercart so technically, either of those two is fine for my purposes. :)
