Mulitple forum creation

Users should be able to create multiple containers and forums within their group. Also, when a user submits a forum post within a group only these group forums should appear in the drop down menu (Categories). All site-wide forums for all groups should not appear. This causes mass confusion and overwhelm when you have hundreds of groups on your website.
