Hi,

I would like to know if there's a way to do this with some module (like chatroom):

1 - Show a link and after click the link shows an input with name an email. When i fill the fields the client can chat with a support person.
2 - Client does not must to be logged in.
3 - The client will chat only with a support person (not with other clients).

This sort of thing is best handled by a third party product.

Sightmax, boldchat, liveperson, kayako. They'll all give you some custom javascript which you can paste into a block or your page.tpl

Did you try Live Agent?
New Live Agent Drupal module and Live Agent application seems to be good solution for you.
