All of a sudden neither the /admin (by task) page or the /admin/reports/status pages will not load. They just sit there and try to load.
Memory is not the issue. Tracking error logs shows nothing wrong with memory.
Update Status is not the issue. The module is not active.
Everything else is working as normal. It is just these 2 pages that are all of a sudden unavailable.
Any ideas?
Using 6.16, Salamander Theme, Views, CCK, Panels, FCK, Imagecache, Node Permissions, etc all latest versions
Dedicated Server 256K PHP memory, 60 Sec Max Exec, 8GB Ram, Quad Proc PHP5+, MYSQL5+

Loads of memory. It even works fine up to the point of running a cron job and then all admin pages time out.
Baffled.
6.16 shared server (and the same db runs fine on another server at this host, as well as at a second host).
