Current the admin configuration path "admin/settings/dhtml_menu". It should be in either in one of the subpages of "admin/config/" or "admin/build/menus" in order to fit into the admin configuration settings correctly.

Oh, right. I've had this patch around for a while, but neglected to put it in. Thanks for noticing.

"admin/config/user-interface" seems like a good place to put it under, since core has already provided that path.
