Link title | URL syntax -- backwards from documentation

Hi,
Great module -- thanks for the hard work!

I was testing out the [[link text|URL]] syntax according to the documentation (README.TXT file) and discovered that this does not work. As an experiment, I tried reversing it to [[URL|link text]] and found that it actually works this way.

Not sure if this was an intentional change in the code or if the documentation has always been incorrect, but the documentation should be changed so that it is in agreement.
