Drupal coding standard cleanup of captch.module

I use captcha and textimage on a number of sites and they are the only way I can let anonymous users leave comments and feedback without drowning in spam. So a big Thank you! is in place :-).

I wanted to contribute in some way so I made the code follow the Drupal coding standard. There should be no change in how the module function.
