It's the first time I fill the issue form for a project so bear with me if I do it incorrectly. ( And tell me how to do it right please )

I installed a Drupal site as Intranet for a Company and I received recently a support request because the FCK Editor was not showing anymore when editing a content.
I checked the FCK Editor Settings and the profiles were gone ! No wonder why it didn't work anymore.. And I have no clue as why the profiles vanished. I didn't think about checking the DB at that moment so I don't know if the settings table was corrupted.

I redid the profiles, it didn't change anything so I unchecked the module in the module page, saved and then rechecked it.
Now the editor shows but only in the body text area when you create new content. I put the visibility settings to exclude and I didn't put any restrictions in.

I cleared my browser cache and also Drupal's cache. Now I know the server might have it's own cache system that's why I will leave it for tonight, but I really wonder if there is still a problem and if yes, how to make it work ?
Anybody experienced something similar ?

I just loaded a backup as a test site to get the old profiles and I entered exactly every information for the different profiles and now it works
