I am developing a site one of my client. The site is almost done. Now my client wants to point Production URL to Stating URL to . Like, client have a stating URL http://stagingdomain.com and my Drupal site running properly here. Client add new addon domain (http://addon.maindomain.com) and point the addon domain to staging domain. But when we browse the addon (http://addon.maindomain.com) domain then it show us the Drupal installation page. We are using a shared hosting.

Does addon domain work with only multisite?
