when i enable the random quotes block i notice that the block title changes depending on the page view - it is whatever the page title is.

it seems that it should be a static "random quote" or "quote" or something like this.

ok, i see you can specify the bock title in the quotes module configuration.

but if you don't put a value in (default), it is confusing that the page title starts showing up in the block.
