Add Custom Alt Text to the Logo

I think a necessary feature for 508 compliance would be for the user to easily implement alt text to the logos that are output on the print page. When being printed to a braille printer the alt text is necessary.

I know this can be accomplished through the template.php but it's not easy for a lay user to add alt text to these images.
