So if you turn on the archive view, visit the page and then click one of the summary links, you will get
PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'DATE_FORMATFROM_UNIXTIMEnode.createdINTERVAL0SECONDYm' in 'where clause': SELECT COUNT(*) AS expression FROM (SELECT node.created AS node_created, node.nid AS nid FROM {node} node WHERE (( (node.status <> :db_condition_placeholder_0) AND (DATE_FORMATFROM_UNIXTIMEnode.createdINTERVAL0SECONDYm = :db_condition_placeholder_1) )) ORDER BY node_created DESC) subquery; Array ( [:db_condition_placeholder_0] => 0 [:db_condition_placeholder_1] => 200911 ) in views_plugin_pager->execute_count_query() (line 141 of /Users/scott/Sites/drupal/sites/all/modules/views-DRUPAL-7--3/plugins/views_plugin_pager.inc).
And it looks like views_data_sql_format() is failing to add parens properly. Didn't spend much time digging around but that would be my suspect.
