Today, while using the Todo filter I saw a huge number of errors on my page. At first I would not think Todo filter is the one to blame but it might be so. If items are unchecked, there is no problem. Once they are checked and I try to go to another page or refresh the page, I get the errors you can see in the picture and also the item does not stay checked. For some reason the [/] does not seem to be what other modules like.

Is there any specific order of filders I should keep?

It does not let me check the box and neither to uncheck it. Once I try to do either of those actions, on the next page or page refresh I get the errors and the state of the box is as it was saved.

If anyone else finds this while troubleshooting:

In your admin/config/content/formats/filtered_html settings, drag the ToDo filter to the bottom of the list in the Filter Processing Order list.

This won't remove the undefined index error messages but at least the ToDo filter will work.
