filedepot 6.x-1.0-rc3

This release candidate addresses a number of bugs and includes the much requested feature to add support for Organic Groups. We would like to get this to a final 1.0 release and will if there are no serious issues. No new features will be added until after release 1.0

Bug Fixes:
should not be able to edit file, but edit action appears in file list
The number of incoming files appears incorrect at the reports
The number of incoming files appears incorrect at the reports
upload after move clobbers moved files
Moved files are physically in the original directory on the server
Support for Organic Groups / Open Atrium
Descriptions deleted from all files when uploading/saving new one
