path_redirect_save $edit parameter should be passed by reference so that rid can be immediately retrieved.

I'm adding integration for importing path redirects using the migrate module, and need to store the rid after the redirect is saved. By simply changing the $edit param to a reference, we should be able to get the full $request back object from drupal_write_record(), which is handy.
