Sorry for the confusing title, tried to sum it all up..

When logged in with the primary account and I have an admin theme turned on (garland), I view the site from the front end, should show a custom theme I made, and it shows the custom (iphone theme) I made which I only have turned on for iphone browser.

When I am not logged in, however, it shows the custom theme I made like it should...

Tested in multiple browsers..

Any ideas?
