Are users able to post comments on an image in this Flash interface? I'd need to know this before installing.

According to me recent test, you are not able to post comments. But just check it out. Maybe you can create a workaround.

Sorry, this is out of scope for me. This will come up in D5 for SWF Tools no doubt, but marking won't fix at this time in this place.
