When applying tax, the discount is applied, but the original amount is taxed - not the discounted amount.

I have applied the changes here: #694804 to make the module work, but this is giving the wrong figures in our orders. I'm not sure if this module is maintained as the maintainers don't appear to respond but if anyone can help we'd be greatly appreciative and could potentially make a small donation towards the fix.
