Hi there,

i found an incompatibility between the Contemplate and Userreview modules.

Once i activate Contemplate and create a template for a content type with userreview switched on for it, the userreview collapsible form at the bottom of the node vanishes..

I already filed a corresponding (not yet answered ): issue on the Userreview issues tracker here.

seems this is a more generic Contemplate issue not outputting variables coming from other contributed modules except CCK..
