I get "Fatal error: Call to undefined function panels_load_include()" in "views_bonus_panels.module" on line 18

I get the error upon loading a particular view configured to appear as Panels: two columns.

I have Ctools 6.x-1.x-dev and panels 6.x-3.x-dev installed.

I would appreciate any help! Thanks!

Not sure, can't really say what's going on here since its definitely in CVS http://drupalcode.org/viewvc/drupal/contributions/modules/panels/panels....
