I moved to Drupal a WHILE AGO.

I notice for almost the whole time I have been on Drupal that Technorati is real hit or miss on finding my feed when I ping it. My site is WAY out of date on the site, sometime 18 days or more...

Anyone else have issues with this?

I think I did a great job with the site, and I love the look, and content, but it is not getting indexed or anything....

Quite a few people have had issues with Technorati. The posts on this blog may help you:

If your blog is not on your Home Page, I do know Technorati has trouble following the "../index.php?q=blog" format. I created a non-Drupal directory on my site with a simple redirect to my Drupal blog page. Not pretty but it resulted in timely updates. Needless to say, my Home Page is also featured in Technorati as an "unclaimed" blog.

Hopefully you receive this, but yeah. If you're using Linux, what does your cronjob look like? Also, I'm not very literate in any web dev languages, how do I make a redirect page?

My blog is futured on the first page of the website which is drupal as well, but, other content goes there too.
My site is, http://smite.serveblog.net/ If you want to check it out.

Thanks,
Justin

How exactly are you pinging Technorati? Automatically using the ping.module or using Technorati's own webform? If you're using ping.module make sure, that your site has a slogan. Otherwise the ping won't go through.

Is that really true? If so, I hope it is the end of my pinging problems. I was happy to leave wordpress for drupal, but I really missed my posts showing up on technorati.

Sometimes technorati would pick random comments from my blog and list them as posts. It is truly bizarre.
