Release notes

The most important part of this release is a fix on a critical bug: #1786386: Local Fonts module allows 'deleting' non-local fonts, with potentially disastrous results

This also has initial WYSIWYG integration: #896024: Wysiwyg Integration

That's not recommended for use in production yet, but it's basically working, ready for testing.

Other issues:
