This is a list of common ldap types and tester that had access to them, so we could have our unit tests run on a variety of ldaps. I use Active Directory and can test on that.

Even if you are not willing to test, it would be good to know what kind of ldaps people might run this module with.

I am using OpenLDAP-2.3.43 on Red Hat and I'd be willing to help with any SASL/SSL components as well.

I will be testing against Mac Server 10.6's OpenLDAP installation as part of my companies development cycle, I will post results as testing produces them.
