Hi,
I have an already good looking and well built Drupal ecommerce website which i am very happy with. However our Programmer who built our website has moved away and cant help us further develop this website. We want to build and develop this website and make it become a market leader in our sector. Which we are already well established in. I'm just struggling to find a programmer who can take over and do the same sort of level of works. So i have come here to get some help.

I also have another Drupal website www.larkandlarksdb.co.uk this was built by a different programmer, but he is telling me that he cant develop our ecommerce website because drupal is not customisable. He is recommending a total rebuild in .net or flash, which i obviously I don't want to do as i think Dupal is a fantastic framework.
If anybody has any general comments on the look or functions of my websites, please let me now.
