Unlimited text field within collapsible field group causes unwanted scrollbar

If you put an unlimited text field into a collapsible field group and expand that field group, it will have an undesired vertical scrollbar. This is presumably due to the 'Add another item' button. Seen in Firefox 3 and IE 8.
