In 7-dev version I get such an error:

Yes, I get this too on a fresh install of drupal-7.0-alpha5 and basic-7.x-2.0-rc1.

Just test with 7.x-2.0 dev and didn't get this issue. I've just made another RC. Try rc2 out and let me know if this was fixed.
