I am putting my aggregated javascript at the bottom. I see my perceived page loads from 5-7seconds to 2-3seconds, so keeping it there is a must. The big problem though is that it breaks ckeditor's functionality. Is there any way to get CKeditor working with this configuration?

Found a solution, just follow the OP's post and comment #1 and you can get this working
