hi there:

i just came upon your module and it seems very nice. easy to use and wonderful video to explain it.

i have a couple questions, if you don't mind.

- the magnifying glass icon is awfully large. it's an excellent idea, but could accomplish the same goal at half the size or even less. i'd resize it myself, but it's inside a sprite and i'm not familiar with how to do that. i may fiddle with it to see if i can change this, but if you have a suggestion, please let me know.

- is there a way to disable lightbox? i use lightbox for other galleries on my site, but i'm thinking it isn't too helpful in the place i am using gallery formatter.

- any chance you are going to enable a slideshow option? that'd be really great. or similarly, instead of clicking to open lightbox, click to advance to next image? something like that.

Hello john, thanks for the kind words and the input, to answer your questions:

- you have a point about the view full icon, the changes needed would be editi the svg, make it smaller, and adjust the css positioning. I'll probably do this when i get a quiet evening to work on it. Note that there is a hook for implementing further styles, hopefully people will develop some more.

- at the moment, there is no option for disabling the lightbox/shadowbox/etc integration, it works automatically. This is a good candidate for a feature request though. Of course when you develop a module you can never think of every possible usecase hehe. What is configurable, is the linking to the full image, currently in the dev version of the module only, which means it will be in the next release (RC2).

- someone already requested it, but not through a normal feature request.

If I may, here is a recommendation on how to work within the drupal community: Open an issue and select feature request, per feature you would like. This allows for working on a single problem in one issue, and is how things get done in here =)

So you are welcome to open a feature request if you want something not in the module yet. Helps keeping tasks separated and trackable for us now, and for the future.

yes, good suggestion about posting feature requests. i guess i have been hesitant to do that in the past, but for no particularly good reason.

so you'll see a couple coming for the 2nd two items. if i can help with them at all, please let me know (although i have near zero technical skills).

as to the icon, i've just hidden it with CSS. as i think about it, i don't really want people clicking on it anyway, so better it not be there in any size.
