this message appear when i add a image with img_src module

what is the problem?

Check the permissions on C:\proyecto\includes\file.inc. Can your webserver read that file?

if i come in to "http://localhost/includes/file.inc" in my firefox, the reply is

You don't have permission to access /includes/file.inc on this server.

is this the problem?? the file have to be public?

how do i do it?

I've posted a patch for Drupal 4.7 at http://drupal.org/node/91624 which may relate to this bug on Windows when magic_quotes_gpc is left On. Please review it if you can.
