May someone tell me? checkbox B enable depend on checkbox A - theme.settings.php

if checbox A uncheck then checkbox B disable,

if checbox A checked then checkbox B enable to check.

*I want this use in theme-settings.php, default_theme_settings for checbox A is on.

so how can i creata a checkbox B depend on checkbox A?
