Hi,
i installed and allowed Administration menu module but some links are missing (admin/by-module, node/add, all links under the icon (flush cache, cron link, update link, etc...)). both drupal and module are in latest oficial (non-dev) versions.
Can u pls help me?

I was missing node/add after an upgrade to Admin Menu 3.x . This post explains why it was missing and how to fix it; at least temporarily.
