drumnjo commentedadditional info:
I want the website to be completely viewable but want to implement paid subscription only to be able create user profile.

Anonymous (not verified) commentedDrumnjo,
The url exists, but it should be blank if you try and visit it. This is because it is meant to receive the IPN from clickbank. It isn't meant to be viewed.

Leighton Whiting

drumnjo commented--ok, you meant click2sell and not clickbank I'm assuming...
--how about the remaining questions?
Thanks!

Anonymous (not verified) commentedRight, click2sell :)
Content Access lets you restrict which roles can access which content. Click2Sell Suite controls how users are granted those roles, based on what products they buy.
To get your site setup how you want it, you'll need to configure Content Access and other permissions based on the premium role you are granting through ClickBank.

Leighton Whiting

drumnjo commentedok, but the defaults of Content Access seems to be how I would want it... (but I know I'm probably wrong)
Click2Sell module allows for entering in product id for click2sell product for 'authenticated user'
I'm just having problems connecting the dots and thinking this one through. I need visitors to view the site in it's enitirety and then possibly join and create their profile. Does a user create their profile the normal way and then click2sell module gets triggered? It seems like they're 2 different sign ups. How does drupal core registration w/ Content Profile communicate w/ click2sell? Sorry I'm confused.
Thanks again in advance!
Joe

drumnjo commentedShould I use "/user/registration" pg as 'sales pg' (not the home pg) and then check the box next to "Post Affiliate Username to Your Sales Page" within click2sell site?

Anonymous (not verified) commentedI don't use this module myself, and it's been quite a while since I've worked with Click2Sell, but from what I remember, users pay through Click2Sell and are granted their role on your site when Click2Sell posts the notification to your site. It's up to you to make the role have whatever extra access or permissions to make it worth buying :)
Sincerely,
Leighton Whiting

avpadernoI am closing this issue, since Drupal 4.7, Drupal 5, and Drupal 6 aren't supported. This module doesn't have release for supported Drupal versions.
