I create a website for a Client, i would like that he can only:
- Administer Content: view, add, edit, create,...
- Administer Users: view, add, edit, delete,...

To do that, i create a new Role with some permissions ....

My problem is when i set the 'user administration' permission he can see the super-admin account and edit it. How can i remove that ?

I would say its the easiest way, but I'd be lying. For all my clients I use the /ME module and create their admin menu in a custom block.
