I can't seem to get the Tax Module to work for State.

Working situation:
- Drupal 4.7.2
- Ecomm Build 8/28
- tax.module,v 1.16.2.3
- anonymous user
- Tried both methods 1.00% and +1.00
- Tried both PA and Pennsylvania

Tried the following patches

no sales tax calculated for anonymous users

still can't seem to get it to work.

I noticed that there is FreeTagging applied here, yet I see nothing in Categories to hold State information

Do I need to set up a State Vocab wiht terms first?

The second one option you mention (http://drupal.org/node/74895) worked for me on tax.module,v 1.16.2.4.

I have patched the modulle manually but I think it works.

Yesterday, the patch published on http://drupal.org/node/74895 was working for me. Today I have reinstalled a fresh 4.7 ecommerce version and it doesn't work for me. I continue this issue on http://drupal.org/node/74895.
