You may want to give it a try. It is supposed to properly sort as long as you have the correct locale installed on your computer.

There may be some problems with the alphabet at the top with scripts since all the words would appear there.

Sorting of Asian languages depends on your web server locale, which PHP uses. And it depends on your Drupal locale settings for that matter.
