Since the upgrade to the fixed security version of panels and Ctools the bonus panels styles no longer work. None of the styles:
Panels: 1 top + 2 columns
Panels: 1 top + 3 columns
Panels: 2 columns
Panels: 3 columns
work any longer yet the new views spy does
Does anyone know how to get this back working?

krueschi commentedFor me the panel style "Two column bricks" does not accept new or changed views in any position.
Choosing a view for any region and hitting the "accept" button leads to an endless "loop", where the system is obviously trying to save the new parameters. When aborting the choosen view is displayed but there is no live preview and after saving it's gone.
Was working properly with the versions ctools 1.3 / panels 3.3 before security update to ctools 1.5 / panels 3.5
[Update]
"Hardcoding" a copy of the existing panel content into an other panel inside the database ist working. Trying to change that view to another inside Drupal is producing the same misbehaviour as described above.

venusrising commentedI have tried disabling and re-enabling and it still does not solve the problem, we had the layout on a live site and now we are in a bind does anyone know how this can be fixed?
venusrising commentedI have uninstalled the module and made sure panels and Ctools are all updated and still the styles
Panels: 1 top + 2 columns
Panels: 1 top + 3 columns
Do not work. I tested on a test site with Aquia theme and they appear to work, is there any know conflicts I can look for as I cannot seem to figure it out. I have cleared cache via DB turned off CSS aggregation the only thing that appears is the pager.
I also get this in the output for preview
SELECT node.nid AS nid,
node.sticky AS node_sticky,
node.created AS node_created
FROM node node
WHERE (node.promote <> 0) AND (node.status <> 0)
ORDER BY node_sticky DESC, node_created DESC

krueschi commentedAfter update to ctools 1.6 the misbehaviour is vanished. Anything works as expected.
For me the issue could be CLOSED and marked as SOLVED.
venusrising commentedI also updgraded to ctools 1.6 but the issue still exists for me. Does anyone know how to fix this?
venusrising commentedOkay in case anyone runs in to this, here is my fix:
Disable views bonus pack
Disable panels
I recopied over the panels file again just in case.
Renabled panels
reenabled views bonus pack
voila' all is well!
Using all curent Drupal Ctools and Panels
Cheers
