How to print Subscribers name in the template?

Hi,

This is really a great module to send newsletters from sites.

I have one problem while creating a 'Newsletter issue'.

How can i add 'Subscribers Name' in the template...? (Eg: I have to add Dear xxx, in a template)

Please let me know.
