Option to exclude UID1 from automatically getting a blog

OK, every user gets a blog, and UID1 is also a user. However, how many sites actually use UID1 for blogging?

With an option to exclude UID1 from blogging would also avoid creating URL aliases when using for example the Pathauto module.

For a personal blog it is of course possible for the owner to use UID1 as his user to avoid the above, but its not an ideal solution.
