Multicrud is not meant to be a spreadsheet or matrix solution. Something like this would rather fit into a new, separate module.
The main purpose of multicrud is mass editing of items. Spreadsheet stuff would totally divert from the mission.

If you want, it's exactly what makes MS Access different from MS Excel.

What I can imagine is to make some columns collapsible, or to allow to switch them off or rearrange them.
